Description

One to One Accounting Services, 110 W. Frederica St., Thunder Bay, Ontario, is searching for a Digital Technologist to join our growing team. This is a new position and is integral in the planning and growth of a new division of the business as well as supporting the current operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong and positive work ethic, a high level of integrity, have a genuine, kind and caring attitude and the ability to work well independently or in a team.

You will be responsible for providing outstanding, customer service, be a superior communicator with an excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.  You will uphold and maintain a strict level of confidentiality in all aspects of your work, possess strong organizational skills and have a high attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.

The purpose of the Digital Technologist will be to help One to One Accounting Services launch and operate their new program called “Paperless Accounting” by helping to digitize their processes through web site design, email marketing, video training production and other digital marketing methods.

Tâches et responsabilités

  • research, design and create apps and systems required for One to One Accounting Services and Paperless Accounting
  • assist in the design and creation of current and applicable digital technology-based training components of the "Boot Camps"
  • lead and/or assist "Boot Camp" sessions that deal specifically with digital technology/marketing
  • provide ongoing support and advice to staff, boot camp participants and clients
  • work with clients assisting them with apps, social media and digital technologies so they are able to implement them into their own businesses
  • assist in the day to day operations of One to One Accounting Services by providing expert digital technology advice and assistance on an ongoing basis
  • recommend applications and programs that One to One Accounting Services and Paperless Accounting could use to better serve the clientele and Boot Camp participants
  • be available to the participants/clients on an on-going basis to ensure their financial success
  • research ways and provide options to improve productivity, services offered and revenue generated to better service our clients and workshop participants
  • provide excellent customer service
  • answer telephones in a professional and courteous manner
  • interact with clients, vendors and visitors
  • perform other duties as assigned by Owner and/or Executive Assistant

Connaissances et compétences

  • Current knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent customer service
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to design and create apps/systems specific to organization
  • Ability to work independently or in a team

Scolarité requise

Candidates will possess a Degree in Business, Information Systems or Marketing OR a Diploma in Digital Marketing and Marketing Analytics or technology
