We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator Intern to join our growing team in our downtown Vancouver head office overlooking the waterfront. As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy at TalentClick. This is a great opportunity if you are an up-and-coming marketing star with a passion for learning, and ideally you'll have experience in a small company environment where you’ve done a bit of everything. To fit with our small, tight-knit team, you need to be collaborative, hard-working, have a sense of humour and be driven to make a difference in the lives of employees around the world.

Tâches et responsabilités

Marketing Automation

  • Utilize marketing automation (Marketo) to create lead nurturing and demand generation programs
  • Research and build lists for sales outreach, and develop marketing campaigns to reach these new audiences

Content

  • Create new marketing assets (case studies, customer stories, research papers) using Adobe Photoshop
  • Design / update existing marketing collateral
  • Copywrite and edit emails, website, whitepapers and blogs
  • Manage and organize TalentClick’s content files on Google Drive

Website

  • Update website regularly with new resources (blog posts, images, copy, videos, whitepapers, webinar recordings)
  • Continue to work on the SEO development of corporate website

Social Media

  • Maintain active social media presence (Hootsuite, FB, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Write/research and post 1 article/link/comment per week, to increase brand awareness

Research and Reporting

  • Analyze and report on marketing KPIs
  • Stay on top of the latest industry trends and provide recommendations
  • Assist with User Experience testing and feedback
  • Assist with customer surveys and case study research
  • Develop Salesforce reports as required for sales team
  • Research and build lists for sales outreach

Events

  • Work with partners to plan and execute webinars and offline events

  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently and effectively with a small team
  • Experience using social media platforms to engage a wide audience
  • Excellent command of English language, with error-free spoken and written English

Scolarité requise

  • Post-secondary diploma or certificate in marketing, communications, business or creative
  • Basic to intermediate graphic design
  • Hands-on experience in any of the following areas is preferred: SaaS, B2B Channel Sales, Social Media Management, SEO, SEM, Content Creation, Email Marketing, Media/PR, Budgeting and Project Scoping/Management, Inbound Marketing, Vendor Management, Project Management

 

ADDITIONAL NOTE:  Due to requirements of the CIC Intern program (www.careerlauncher.ca), applicants for this role MUST be post-secondary graduates who are:

  • Starting the internship within two years of receiving their post-secondary diploma
  • Underemployed (employed below their level of education or work part-time)
  • No more than 30 years of age at the start of the internship
  • Canadian citizens, permanent residents or persons granted refugee status in Canada
  • Legally allowed to work according to the relevant provincial and Canadian legislation and regulations
  • Not receiving employment insurance during their internship
  • Available to work for at least six months
