Tâches et responsabilités

The Digital Marketing Consultant will meet with the customer, assess their current digital and non-digital marketing initiatives, and recommend digital interventions to increase user engagement, automate lead nurturing activities, and reduce manual and one-off marketing activities. The Digital Marketing Consultant will seek to compel client website visitors to increase their activity and meet engagement goals through automated campaigns focused on user onboarding and setting up seasonal digital sales campaigns. Each client has a unique target market, and the Digital Marketing Consultant will be required to work with the client to learn about its unique traits and help the client align their digital marketing with their brand.

Additionally the DMC will:

  • Collaborate on automating and digitizing sales and marketing processes
  • Develop and refine go-to-market strategies for new and existing products in B2B and B2B2C markets
  • Overseeing implementation of the digital marketing strategy - including campaigns, digital marketing automation tools, and channels
  • Formulate strategy, tactics, marketing plans/practices/policies, and targets
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, Productivity
  • Strategize on ways to cultivate new followers/potential customers for B2B and B2B2C
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach and engage with various user types
  • Create, curate, schedule and manage social media, blog and website content
  • Develop initiatives to increase engagement rates
  • Competitive research and analysis
  • Creating automated email marketing campaigns

Scolarité requise

Post-secondary degree/ diploma in Digital Marketing or related field is required.
