Nothing. Your signed contribution agreement entitles you to a financial incentive if and when an eligible new apprentice is hired; there is no penalty for not hiring an apprentice during the term of the agreement. If you’re having difficulty finding a new apprentice, contact us at trades@careerlauncher.ca
